目的：评价奥扎格雷和依达拉奉联合用药治疗急性脑梗塞的安全性及有效性。方法将患者随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组采用依达拉奉进行治疗，观察组采用依达拉奉与奥扎格雷联合进行治疗。结果观察组总有效率与对照组相比，差异显著（χ2=6.67，P＜0.01）；观察组全血粘度与血小板凝聚率较对照组明显降低（P＜0.05），具有统计学意义；两组患者经脑部CT检查，观察组患者病灶吸收出现好转与对照组相比明显提高（P＜0.01）。结论奥扎格雷与依达拉奉联合用药治疗急性脑梗塞效果较好，患者临床症状改善明显，预后较为乐观，患者的生活质量得到明显提高。
목적：평개오찰격뢰화의체랍봉연합용약치료급성뇌경새적안전성급유효성。방법장환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조，대조조채용의체랍봉진행치료，관찰조채용의체랍봉여오찰격뢰연합진행치료。결과관찰조총유효솔여대조조상비，차이현저（χ2=6.67，P＜0.01）；관찰조전혈점도여혈소판응취솔교대조조명현강저（P＜0.05），구유통계학의의；량조환자경뇌부CT검사，관찰조환자병조흡수출현호전여대조조상비명현제고（P＜0.01）。결론오찰격뢰여의체랍봉연합용약치료급성뇌경새효과교호，환자림상증상개선명현，예후교위악관，환자적생활질량득도명현제고。
Objective To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of Ozagrel and edaravone combined treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods Patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, the control group were treated with edaravone, the observation group with edaravone and ozagrel combined treatment.ResultsThe total efifciency of the observation group compared with the control group, the difference was signiifcant (χ2=6.67,P<0.01), the observation group blood viscosity was signiifcantly lower (P< 0.05), the two groups of patients after brain CT examination, patients in the observation group were absorbed obviously improved compared with the control group improved (P<0.01). Conclusion Edaravone combined with ozagrel and drug treatment effect of acute cerebral infarction is better, the clinical symptoms were obviously improved, which has clinical application value.
