目的：对美托洛尔用于急性心梗早期溶栓治疗可行性进行分析和探讨。方法选取100例急性心梗患者，分成对照组和观察组，对照组给予常规抗心梗药物，观察组联合美托洛尔进行治疗，比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组患者的治疗效果优于对照组（P＜0.05），具有统计学意义。结论在急性心梗患者的治疗中，美托洛尔具有较好的溶栓效果，能够有效降低患者的风险。
목적：대미탁락이용우급성심경조기용전치료가행성진행분석화탐토。방법선취100례급성심경환자，분성대조조화관찰조，대조조급여상규항심경약물，관찰조연합미탁락이진행치료，비교량조치료효과。결과관찰조환자적치료효과우우대조조（P＜0.05），구유통계학의의。결론재급성심경환자적치료중，미탁락이구유교호적용전효과，능구유효강저환자적풍험。
Objective Metoprolol early thrombolytic therapy for acute myocardial infarction feasibility analysis and discussion.Methods 100 patients with acute myocardial infarction patients, divided into a control group and the observation group, the control group received conventional anti-myocardial infarction drugs, the observation group were treated with metoprolol were compared treatment effects.Results The treatment of patients in the observation group than the control group (P<0.05), with statistical signiifcance.Conclusion In the treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction, metoprolol has good thrombolytic effect.
