目的：观察分析脑得生丸治疗瘀血阻络型脑动脉硬化症的临床效果。方法对我院2013年1月～2014年12月收治的90例淤血阻络型脑动脉硬化症患者的临床资料进行分析，随机分为对照组与观察组，各45例。对照组给予盐酸倍他司汀片治疗，观察组给予脑得生丸治疗。观察对比两组患者的治疗效果与临床症状改善评分。结果对照组治疗总有效率为84.4%，观察组治疗总有效率为86.7%，两组对比差异不显著（P＞0.05），无统计学意义；对照组临床症状改善评分明显低于观察组，两组对比差异显著（P＜0.05），具有统计学意义。结论脑得生丸治疗瘀血阻络型脑动脉硬化症的临床效果较好，能够有效改善患者的临床症状。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of analysis Naodesheng Pills in treating blood stasis type brain arteriosclerosis.Methods The clinical data of 90 cases of stasis blocking collateral type arteriosclerosis patients in our hospital in 2013 January~2014 year in December were analyzed, and were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 45 cases in each. The control group received betahistine hydrochloride tablets in the treatment, the observation group received the treatment of Naodesheng pill. Comparative observation of two groups of patients and improve the effect of treatment with clinical symptom score.Results In the control group total effective rate was 84.4%, the treatment group the total effective rate was 86.7%, the difference of the two groups was not signiifcant (P>0.05), the control group had no statistical signiifcance; the improvement of clinical symptoms score was signiifcantly lower than those in the observation group, the difference of the two groups was signiifcant (P<0.05), with statistical signiifcance.Conclusion The clinical effect of brain pills in treating blood stasis type brain arteriosclerosis is good, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, is worthy of clinical application.
