Flavonoids from the root of bambusa textiles Mc Clure%Myoc-ardial Ischemia%Anti-oxidative
目的:观察竹根黄酮类成分对心肌缺血的保护作用并探讨其作用机制。方法通过对前期实验得到的竹根黄酮类成分1号样品低剂量组(1S‐L组)、1号样品高剂量组(1S‐H组);2号样品低剂量组(2S‐L组)、2号样品高剂量组(2S‐H组),应用小鼠常压耐缺氧保护和小鼠夹闭气管死亡保护及对小鼠心肌缺血线粒体膜 SOD、MDA的影响实验。观察样品对小鼠缺血心肌的保护作用。结果(1)1S‐H组(P<0.05)与2S‐H组(P<0.01)能够延长小鼠常压耐缺氧的存活时间;(2)1S‐L 组( P< 0.05)和1S‐H 组( P< 0.05)与2S‐L 组( P< 0.01)和2S‐H 组(P<0.01)均可以明显延长夹闭小鼠气管死亡的存活时间;(3)1号样品各剂量组和2号样品各剂量组对小鼠心肌缺血线粒体的SOD值升高差异无统计学意义;1S‐H组(P<0.05)和2S‐L组(P<0.05)及2S‐H组(P<0.01)能够降低小鼠心肌缺血线粒体膜的MDA值。结论竹根黄酮类成分可以延长小鼠常压耐缺氧和夹闭小鼠气管死亡的存活时间;可以降低小鼠心肌缺血线粒体膜的MDA值。

목적:관찰죽근황동류성분대심기결혈적보호작용병탐토기작용궤제。방법통과대전기실험득도적죽근황동류성분1호양품저제량조(1S‐L조)、1호양품고제량조(1S‐H조);2호양품저제량조(2S‐L조)、2호양품고제량조(2S‐H조),응용소서상압내결양보호화소서협폐기관사망보호급대소서심기결혈선립체막 SOD、MDA적영향실험。관찰양품대소서결혈심기적보호작용。결과(1)1S‐H조(P<0.05)여2S‐H조(P<0.01)능구연장소서상압내결양적존활시간;(2)1S‐L 조( P< 0.05)화1S‐H 조( P< 0.05)여2S‐L 조( P< 0.01)화2S‐H 조(P<0.01)균가이명현연장협폐소서기관사망적존활시간;(3)1호양품각제량조화2호양품각제량조대소서심기결혈선립체적SOD치승고차이무통계학의의;1S‐H조(P<0.05)화2S‐L조(P<0.05)급2S‐H조(P<0.01)능구강저소서심기결혈선립체막적MDA치。결론죽근황동류성분가이연장소서상압내결양화협폐소서기관사망적존활시간;가이강저소서심기결혈선립체막적MDA치。
Objective To investigate the protection effect of Flavonoids from the dry root of bambusa textiles Mc Clure on Myocardial ischemia in mice and its related mechanism .Method The flavonoids from the dry root of bambu‐sa textiles Mc Clure ,Sample 1 low‐does group (1S‐L Group) ,Sample 1 high‐does group (1S‐H Group) ,Sample 2 low‐does group (2S‐L Group) ,Sample 2 high‐does group (1S‐H Group) ,which gained in our early experiments , were used in Anti‐anoxia test ,Clipping trachea in mice test and the anti‐oxidative experiment on mitochondrial mem‐brane in mice of myocardial ischemia .Result 1S‐H Group (P<0 .05) and 2S‐H Group (P<0 .05) can lengthen the survival time of mice in Anti‐anoxia test . 1S‐L Group ( P< 0 .05 ) ,1S‐H Group ( P< 0 .05 ) , 2S‐L Group (P<0 .01) ,2S‐H Group (P<0 .01) ,all can lengthen the survival time of mice in the test of Clipping trachea .All four experimental groups had no effective influence on raise SOD value and three groups ,1S‐H Group(P<0 .05) , 2S‐L Group(P<0 .05) ,2S‐H Group(P<0 .01) ,can reduce the MDA value in the anti‐oxidative experiment on mi‐tochondrial membrane in mice of myocardial ischemia .Conclusion The flavonoids from the dry root of bambusa tex‐tiles Mc Clure can lengthen the survival time of mice in Anti‐anoxia test ,reduce the MDA value in the anti‐oxidative experiment on mitochondrial membrane in mice of myocardial ischemia ,and have no effective influence on raise SOD value on mouse’s mitochondrial membrane ,which need more research to be done .
