目的：探讨麻醉药物盐酸达克罗宁胶浆局部喷洒在内镜下结肠息肉电切术中抑制肠蠕动的作用。方法前瞻性收集2013年1月至2014年11月我科拟行全麻下结肠息肉高频电刀切除术的患者,随机分为两组,试验组66例共189个息肉,对照组62例共193个息肉。 A组(试验组)术前给予盐酸达克罗宁胶浆与生理盐水1∶1混合液在待切除息肉周围局部喷洒,B组(对照组)术前给予生理盐水在待切除息肉周围局部喷洒,记录术中结肠蠕动对操作的影响并加以比较。结果 A组结肠蠕动明显少于B组,发生不良事件出血的风险明显小于B组。结论结肠息肉周围局部粘膜表面喷洒盐酸达克罗宁胶浆可有效减少息肉切除术中的肠蠕动,减少不良事件,利于手术操作,同时避免或减少全身解痉用药。
목적：탐토마취약물염산체극라저효장국부분쇄재내경하결장식육전절술중억제장연동적작용。방법전첨성수집2013년1월지2014년11월아과의행전마하결장식육고빈전도절제술적환자,수궤분위량조,시험조66례공189개식육,대조조62례공193개식육。 A조(시험조)술전급여염산체극라저효장여생리염수1∶1혼합액재대절제식육주위국부분쇄,B조(대조조)술전급여생리염수재대절제식육주위국부분쇄,기록술중결장연동대조작적영향병가이비교。결과 A조결장연동명현소우B조,발생불량사건출혈적풍험명현소우B조。결론결장식육주위국부점막표면분쇄염산체극라저효장가유효감소식육절제술중적장연동,감소불량사건,리우수술조작,동시피면혹감소전신해경용약。
Objective To explore the effect of colonic peristalsis suppression by local spray of dyclonine in endoscopic colonic polypectomy. Methods Prospectively collected patients under endoscopic colonic polypectomy in gastrointestinal ward in 363 hospital from January 2013 to November 2014. Patients were divided randomLy into two groups. Experimental group (group A) included 66 patients with 189 polyps in total and control group ( group B) included 62 patients with 193 polyps in total. Group A were given dyclonine saline 1:1 mix by spraying around the polyps. Group B were given pure saline by spraying around the polyps. The effects of colonic peristalsis on operation were recorded and compared. Results Colonic peristalsis in group A were obviously less than in group B,while adverse events of bleeding were less than in group B. Conclusion Local spray of dyclonine around co-lonic polyps could efficiently decrease colonic peristalsis during polypectomy and decrease the adverse events of bleeding,thus fa-cilitating the operation,simultaneously avoid or decrease the dosage of systemic administration of anti-spasm drugs.
