目的：探讨高血压脑出血( HBH)术后患者采用镇静治疗预防再出血的可行性。方法70例HBH手术患者随机分成镇静治疗组(35例)和对照组(35例),手术结束后48h,两组患者均入ICU进行常规监护治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上,根据患者的烦躁程度静脉泵入咪达唑仑,动态观察两组患者术后1、2、4、8、12、16、24、48h SBP、DBP、HR、SpO 2、降压药用量和再出血情况。结果治疗组烦躁情况、SBP、DBP、HR、降压药用量及再出血发生率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0．05),而SpO2相比较无统计学意义(P>0．05)。结论高血压脑出血术后在严密监护下采用静脉镇静是安全有效的,能平稳地控制血压,有效地降低再出血的发生率。

Objective To study the feasibility of sedation therapy to prevent rebleeding in postoperative patients of hyper-tensive brain hemorrhage (HBH). Methods 70 postoperative patients of HBH were randomly divided into sedation group (35 ca-ses)and control group (35 cases), All patients were admitted into the ICU for routine treatment in 48 hours after operation, the patients of sedation group were injected with midazolam according to the agitation. The SBP, DBP, HR, SpO 2 of patients was measured on 1h, 2h, 4h, 8h, 12h, 16h, 24h, 48h after operation. The total dosage of hypotensor and cases of rebleeding were calculated. Results The SBP, DBP, HR, dosage of hypotensor and rebleeding rates of sedation group were lower significantly than the control group(P<0. 05), There were no significant difference in SpO2(P>0. 05). Conclusion The sedative therapy according to the postoperative patients of HBH is safe and effective, it can smoothly control the blood pressure and effectively re-ducing the incidence of rebleeding.
