目的：探讨孕妇妊娠晚期血清游离脂肪酸（FFA ），总胆汁酸（TBA ），甘胆酸（GC ）检测在诊断妊娠期胆汁淤积症（ICP ）中的意义。方法：分别用酶法、酶循环法和化学发光法测定TCP组（121例）和正常孕妇组（125例）的FFA、TBA、GC ，比较2组间的差异，并用ROC曲线分析FFA、TBA、GC在ICP诊断中的意义。结果：ICP组FFA、TBA、GC水平均明显高于正常孕妇组（ P＜0．05）；ROC曲线下面积，FFA （0．9991）＞GC （0．9449）＞TBA （0．8832）；正确诊断指数， FFA （0．9917）＞GC （0．9008）＞TBA （0．7366）。结论：FFA可作为ICP早期诊断的重要指标，FFA和GC联合检测有一定的临床意义。

목적：탐토잉부임신만기혈청유리지방산（FFA ），총담즙산（TBA ），감담산（GC ）검측재진단임신기담즙어적증（ICP ）중적의의。방법：분별용매법、매순배법화화학발광법측정TCP조（121례）화정상잉부조（125례）적FFA、TBA、GC ，비교2조간적차이，병용ROC곡선분석FFA、TBA、GC재ICP진단중적의의。결과：ICP조FFA、TBA、GC수평균명현고우정상잉부조（ P＜0．05）；ROC곡선하면적，FFA （0．9991）＞GC （0．9449）＞TBA （0．8832）；정학진단지수， FFA （0．9917）＞GC （0．9008）＞TBA （0．7366）。결론：FFA가작위ICP조기진단적중요지표，FFA화GC연합검측유일정적림상의의。
Objective] To investigate the significance of serum free fatty acid (FFA) and total bile acid (associates) ,gansu-cholic acid (GC) measurement in pregnant women with late pregnancy for diagnosis of cholestasis syndrome during pregnancy (ICP) .[Method] Enzymatic ,enzyme recycling method and chemical luminescence method were carried out to determine above indexes in TCP group (121 cases ) and normal pregnant women (125 cases ) .We compared the differences between two groups using ROC curve analysis .[Result] FFA and CG levels of ICP group were significantly higher than that of normal preg-nant women ( p<0 .05 ) .The area under the ROC curve:FFA (0 .9991 ) > GC (0 .9449 ) > TBA (0 .8832 ) .Correct diag-nosis index:FFA (0 .9917) > GC (0 .9008) > associates (0 .7366) .[Conclusion] FFA can be used as an important index in early diagnosis of ICP .FFA and GC joint detection has a certain clinical significance .
