目的：研究不同海洛因吸食年限者T淋巴细胞线粒体功能，探讨海洛因对人 T淋巴细胞线粒体产能代谢的影响。方法采集不同海洛因吸食年限人员外周血，提取T淋巴细胞；MTT法检测T淋巴细胞增殖活性；流式细胞仪检测T淋巴细胞凋亡情况；荧光分光光度法检测细胞内ROS、三磷酸腺苷（ATP）含量。结果随着海洛因吸食年限的增加，T淋巴细胞增殖活性逐渐下降，细胞凋亡逐渐增加，与此同时，细胞内ROS含量增高、细胞线粒体产能逐渐减少。结论长时间吸食海洛因可能导致机体损伤，其机制可能与海洛因对人 T 淋巴细胞线粒体功能的影响有关。
목적：연구불동해락인흡식년한자T림파세포선립체공능，탐토해락인대인 T림파세포선립체산능대사적영향。방법채집불동해락인흡식년한인원외주혈，제취T림파세포；MTT법검측T림파세포증식활성；류식세포의검측T림파세포조망정황；형광분광광도법검측세포내ROS、삼린산선감（ATP）함량。결과수착해락인흡식년한적증가，T림파세포증식활성축점하강，세포조망축점증가，여차동시，세포내ROS함량증고、세포선립체산능축점감소。결론장시간흡식해락인가능도치궤체손상，기궤제가능여해락인대인 T 림파세포선립체공능적영향유관。
Objective To study on mitochondrial function of T lymphocyte for different years of heroin ,to inves‐tigate the effect of heroin on the productivity and metabolism of mitochondrial of T lymphocyte .Method T lympho‐cytes extracted from peripheral blood of people who use heroin different periods .Cells proliferation was detected by MTT ,cell apoptosis were detected by flow cytometry ,level of ROS and ATP were detected by Spectrophotometer . Result With the increased duration of heroin‐taking ,T lymphocyte proliferation activity decreased significantly .T lymphocyte apoptosis increased ,the levels of ATP were decreased gradually ,and while ROS were generated .Con‐clusion Prolonged heroin may cause body injury ,the mechanism may relate to heroin on the productivity and metabo‐lism of mitochondrial of T lymphocyte .
