目的：探讨显微镜辅助下精索静脉结扎术治疗精索静脉曲张的疗效及手术技巧。方法采用外环口切口行显微镜辅助下精索静脉曲张结扎术治疗精索静脉曲张32例,观察术后疗效。结果32例手术均获得成功,手术时间36~70 min,平均51.2min；术后住院2~3d,平均2.5d。本组术后均获得随访,随访时间5~12个月,患者症状均有明显改善,精索静脉曲张所致不育症患者术后精液质量有明显改善,无睾丸萎缩、鞘膜积液、阴囊水肿及复发等并发症发生。结论经外环口位置行显微镜下精索静脉结扎术治疗精索静脉曲张是一种安全、有效、简便、经济及便于推广的手术治疗方式。
목적：탐토현미경보조하정색정맥결찰술치료정색정맥곡장적료효급수술기교。방법채용외배구절구행현미경보조하정색정맥곡장결찰술치료정색정맥곡장32례,관찰술후료효。결과32례수술균획득성공,수술시간36~70 min,평균51.2min；술후주원2~3d,평균2.5d。본조술후균획득수방,수방시간5~12개월,환자증상균유명현개선,정색정맥곡장소치불육증환자술후정액질량유명현개선,무고환위축、초막적액、음낭수종급복발등병발증발생。결론경외배구위치행현미경하정색정맥결찰술치료정색정맥곡장시일충안전、유효、간편、경제급편우추엄적수술치료방식。
Objective To investigate the treatment efficacy and surgical techniques of microscopic spermatic vein ligation assisted varicocele. Methods 32 varicocele cases were adopt microscope-assisted treatment,and observed after treatment. Results 32 cases were successful surgery, operative time 36 ~ 70 min, average 51. 2min;postoperative hospital stay was 2 ~ 3d, av-erage 2. 5d. The group were all followed up for 5 to 12 months, the patient's symptoms were significantly improved, varicocele in-fertility caused by postoperative semen quality has significantly improved in patients without testicular atrophy, hydrocele, scrotal edema and relapse occurred. Conclusion Through the outer port position line under the microscope spermatic vein ligation treat-ment of varicocele is a safe, effective, convenient, economical and easy to promote surgical treatment.
