目的：探讨舒适护理在社区医院输液患者中的应用效果。方法选择2013年4～6月250例患者为对照组；2013年7～10月250例患者为实验组；两组患者在年龄、性别、文化程度、病情、补液时间等方面的差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。对照组按照常规门诊输液护理措施进行护理，实验组在常规门诊输液护理基础上应用舒适护理干预措施，使用舒适量表和患者满意度调查表进行测评。结果实验组患者的满意度高于对照组，实验组患者的舒适度得分也显著高于对照组。两组患者在舒适度和满意度上均有显著的差异（P＜0.05）。结论舒适护理能提高输液患者的满意度，改善患者在输液过程中的舒适度，在社区门诊输液的应用中取得了较好的效果。
목적：탐토서괄호리재사구의원수액환자중적응용효과。방법선택2013년4～6월250례환자위대조조；2013년7～10월250례환자위실험조；량조환자재년령、성별、문화정도、병정、보액시간등방면적차이무통계학의의（P＞0.05）。대조조안조상규문진수액호리조시진행호리，실험조재상규문진수액호리기출상응용서괄호리간예조시，사용서괄량표화환자만의도조사표진행측평。결과실험조환자적만의도고우대조조，실험조환자적서괄도득분야현저고우대조조。량조환자재서괄도화만의도상균유현저적차이（P＜0.05）。결론서괄호리능제고수액환자적만의도，개선환자재수액과정중적서괄도，재사구문진수액적응용중취득료교호적효과。
Objective To explore the application effect of comfortable nursing care in the community transfusion patients.Methods Study the outpatient of xujiahui street community health service center of 500 cases, 250 patients from April to June 2013 were set as controls. And 250 patients from July to October 2013 were enrolled in the observation group. There was no signiifcant difference in age, gender, culture degree, condition, rehydration time and other aspects of the patients in the two groups (P>0.05). Control group carried out in accordance with the conventional outpatient transfusion nursing care, the experimental group on the basis of conventional outpatient transfusion nursing application of comfort nursing intervention measures, use comfortable scale and patient satisfaction questionnaire for assessment.ResultsThe satisfaction of patients in experimental group was higher than the control group, patients in the experimental group the comfort score was signiifcantly higher than that in control group. Two groups of patients had significant difference in the degree of comfort and satisfaction (P<0.05).Conclusion Comfortable nursing in the community outpatient transfusion patient care can improve the patient satisfaction; Increased in the process of transfusion in patients with comfort.
