目的：探讨纤维支气管镜及支气管肺泡灌洗术在儿童迁延性肺炎诊疗中的作用及效果。方法选取2011年7月～2013年6月住院的迁延性肺炎患儿，对其中98例行纤维支气管镜检查及支气管肺泡灌洗术，另45例进行常规治疗，对两组进行对照分析。结果行纤维支气管镜检查的患儿均可见支气管内膜炎症，56例同时存在呼吸道基础疾病。支气管肺泡灌洗组治愈75例，治愈率76.53％，对照组治愈23例，治愈率51.11％，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论纤维支气管镜术及支气管肺泡灌洗术对儿童迁延性肺炎有重要的诊断和治疗作用。
목적：탐토섬유지기관경급지기관폐포관세술재인동천연성폐염진료중적작용급효과。방법선취2011년7월～2013년6월주원적천연성폐염환인，대기중98례행섬유지기관경검사급지기관폐포관세술，령45례진행상규치료，대량조진행대조분석。결과행섬유지기관경검사적환인균가견지기관내막염증，56례동시존재호흡도기출질병。지기관폐포관세조치유75례，치유솔76.53％，대조조치유23례，치유솔51.11％，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론섬유지기관경술급지기관폐포관세술대인동천연성폐염유중요적진단화치료작용。
ObjectiveTo explore the Effect and signification of flexible bronchoscopy examination and bronchoalveolar lavage in diagnosis and treatment of childhood prolonged pneumonia.Methods 98 pneumonia children underwent fiberoptic bronchoscopy and bronchoalveolar lavage, 45 cases of conventional therapy were analyzed from 2011 July~2013 year in June.Results 56 cases of respiratory tract diseases exist at the same time. Bronchoalveolar lavage group 75 cases were cured, the cure rate was 76.53%, control group 23 cases were cured, the cure rate was 51.11%, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05).Conclusion Flexible bronchoscopy examination combined with bronchoalveolar lavage treatment is very useful and effective to both diagnosis and treatment of prolonged pneumonia in children.
