目的：探讨脑膜瘤复发的相关临床因素，对于脑膜瘤复发的高危患者进行积极的防治。方法选取2013年6月～2014年6月期间在我院接受治疗的脑膜瘤复发患者58例，回顾患者的临床资料、影像学资料、临床表现、手术切除程度及病理分级，分析引发脑膜瘤复发的相关因素。结果脑膜瘤术后复发的相关因素包括年龄、术前癫痫、肿瘤直径较大、形状不规则、瘤周水肿及手术切除程度等。结论术后关注患者引发脑膜瘤复发的相关因素，做好积极的预防措施，以降低脑膜瘤复发几率。
目的：探討腦膜瘤複髮的相關臨床因素，對于腦膜瘤複髮的高危患者進行積極的防治。方法選取2013年6月～2014年6月期間在我院接受治療的腦膜瘤複髮患者58例，迴顧患者的臨床資料、影像學資料、臨床錶現、手術切除程度及病理分級，分析引髮腦膜瘤複髮的相關因素。結果腦膜瘤術後複髮的相關因素包括年齡、術前癲癇、腫瘤直徑較大、形狀不規則、瘤週水腫及手術切除程度等。結論術後關註患者引髮腦膜瘤複髮的相關因素，做好積極的預防措施，以降低腦膜瘤複髮幾率。
목적：탐토뇌막류복발적상관림상인소，대우뇌막류복발적고위환자진행적겁적방치。방법선취2013년6월～2014년6월기간재아원접수치료적뇌막류복발환자58례，회고환자적림상자료、영상학자료、림상표현、수술절제정도급병리분급，분석인발뇌막류복발적상관인소。결과뇌막류술후복발적상관인소포괄년령、술전전간、종류직경교대、형상불규칙、류주수종급수술절제정도등。결론술후관주환자인발뇌막류복발적상관인소，주호적겁적예방조시，이강저뇌막류복발궤솔。
ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical factors associated with meningeal relapse, active prevention of patients at high risk for recurrence of meningiomas.Methods 58 patients with meningioma recurrence during 2013 June to 2014 June were selected to accept the treatment in our hospital , and review the clinical data, imaging data, patients with clinical manifestations and pathological grade, extent of resection operation, analysis caused by factors related to recurrence of meningiomas.Results The related factors of postoperative recurrence of meningiomas, including age, preoperative epilepsy, tumor with larger diameter, irregular shape, peritumoral edema and operation resection extent etc.Conclusion The related factors of the patients with meningioma recurrence after the operation caused the attention, do the positive preventive measures, in order to reduce the chance of recurrence of meningiomas.
