矿山行业是我国事故伤亡率最高的行业,安全管理是防止事故发生的重要手段之一。为评价矿山企业安全管理水平,基于SMART原则从人员、设备、环境和组织四个方面设置了矿山安全管理指标,利用D-S理论对多证据、多指标的数据进行融合,并结合实例进行了分析。结果表明,该方法能够评价矿山企业安全管理水平,发现管理中存在的薄弱环节,为采取防护措施提供依据。

Mining industry has the highest accident death rate in China, and safety management is one of the im-portant means to prevent accidents.To evaluate the safety management level of mining enterprise, from four aspect of personnel, equipment, environment and organization, an index system of mine safety management was estab-lished based on the SMART principle.The data of multi evidence and multi index was combined by using D-S theo-ry, and it was tested by a practical example.The results showed that the method can evaluate the safety manage-ment level of mine enterprise, and find out the weak links existing in the management, so as to provide a basis for taking protective measures.
