目的:探讨1.8 mm微切口超声乳化白内障摘除术植入博士伦Akreos MI60与宇宙PCF60人工晶状体眼的伪调节力,为不同人群白内障患者临床选用合适的人工晶体类型、度数提供参考。方法根据治疗方法将单纯性白内障患者106例分为观察组(56例、56眼)和对照组(50例、50眼),观察组采用1.8 mm 微切口超声乳化白内障摘除术植入博士伦四点支撑板状襻Akreos MI60人工晶状体植入术治疗,对照组采用宇宙PCF60人工晶状体眼进行治疗,比较两组患者治疗1个月后眼调节力差异、调节远近时的前房深度、裸眼远视力、矫正远视力。结果观察组的裸眼远视力、矫正远视力、调节力均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用1.8 mm 微切口超声乳化白内障摘除术植入博士伦四点支撑板状襻Akreos MI60人工晶状体眼具有较好的伪调节力,同时可较好改善视力。

Objective To understand the pseudo adjustment ability of intraocular lens Akreos MI60 and PCF60 with 1.8mm micro incision cataract removal surgery so as to obtain scientific knowledge for choosing appropriate intraocular lens for cataract patients.Method 106 cataract patients were divided into an experimental group ( n=56 eyes) and a control group (n=50 eyes).The experimental group were treated with 1.8mm micro incision phacoemulsification cataract removal surgery and implanted with Bausch & Lomb four point supporting plate tab of Akreos MI60 intraocular lens.The control group were treated with AR40e and IOL implantation.One month after treatment, the naked visual acuity, best corrected visual acuity, naked eye near visual acuity, and best corrected near visual acuity of both groups were then compared. Findings The naked visual acuity, best corrected visual acuity, and adjustment ability of the experimental group were superior to those of the control group (p>0.05).Conclusion The technology of 1.8mm micro incision cataract removal surgery and implantation of Bausch&Lomb four-point supporting plate tab of Akreos MI60 intraocular lens can bring about enhanced pseudo adjustment ability and considerably improve visual acuity.
