目的:探析2型糖尿病气阴两虚证和血瘀脉络证的代谢差异。方法收集气阴两虚证(气阴组)和血瘀脉络证(血瘀组)2型糖尿病患者各10例,另收集健康人10例(对照组)。以气相色谱-质谱联用技术对各组受试者尿液样本进行代谢图谱分析,对潜在的生物标记物进行鉴定。结果2型糖尿病患者糖代谢、氨基酸代谢异常。与对照组比较,气阴组d-半乳糖、甘氨酸含量升高,马尿酸含量减少(均P<0.01);血瘀组D-葡萄糖、甘氨酸、肌醇含量升高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病气阴两虚证患者与血瘀脉络证患者的尿液代谢图谱存在差异,这些代谢标记物可能是2型糖尿病气阴两虚证与血瘀脉络证中医辨证分型的物质基础。

목적:탐석2형당뇨병기음량허증화혈어맥락증적대사차이。방법수집기음량허증(기음조)화혈어맥락증(혈어조)2형당뇨병환자각10례,령수집건강인10례(대조조)。이기상색보-질보련용기술대각조수시자뇨액양본진행대사도보분석,대잠재적생물표기물진행감정。결과2형당뇨병환자당대사、안기산대사이상。여대조조비교,기음조d-반유당、감안산함량승고,마뇨산함량감소(균P<0.01);혈어조D-포도당、감안산、기순함량승고(P<0.01혹P<0.05)。결론2형당뇨병기음량허증환자여혈어맥락증환자적뇨액대사도보존재차이,저사대사표기물가능시2형당뇨병기음량허증여혈어맥락증중의변증분형적물질기출。
Objective To find out the difference in metabolism between type 2 diabetes mellitus's patients with syndrome of Qi-yin deficiency and those with blood stasis syndrome.Method 10 patients of Type 2 diabetes mellitus's patients with Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome and 10 cases of blood stasis syndrome were chosen as the experimental group.10 healthy persons were chosen as the control group ( n=10 ) .The urine samples of both groups were then subjected to analysis with Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry ( GC-MS) .The potential biomarkers were then inspected.Findings Type 2 diabetes mellitus's patients were found to have disorder of glucose metabolism and amino metabolism .As compared with the control group,the experimental group were found to have increased level of d -galactose and glycine (P<0.01) .The content of D-glucose,inositol and glycine was found to have increased in the blood stasis syndrome group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion The difference is significant in urine metabolism between the Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome group and the blood stasis syndrome group of patients of type 2 diabetes mellitus.These metabolites may be the potential metabolic marker for TCM pattern in identifying type 2 diabetes mellitus with both Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome and blood stasis syndrome.
