目的:探讨离心时间对急性脑梗死患者D-二聚体检测结果的影响。方法将196例急性脑梗死患者血液样本在同等转速下,分别离心5、10、15 min,选择同期体检的30例健康者作为对照组,检测凝血四项指标及血浆B型脑钠肽前体( NT-proBNP)、D-二聚体及高敏C反应蛋白( hs-CRP)水平。结果研究组不同离心时间血液样本的凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、血浆NT-proBNP及hs-CRP水平无显著差异(P>0.05)。离心10 min血液样本的纤维蛋白原(FIB)、D-二聚体含量显著高于离心5、15 min血液样本(P<0.05)。研究组血浆NT-proBNP、FIB、D-二聚体及hs-CRP水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论离心时间对血液样本的FIB及D-二聚体检测结果有一定影响,控制好样本离心时间及转速对于确保检测结果准确性具有重要意义。

Objective To explore the effect of the centrifugal time length on the detecting results of D-dimer in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Method 196 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected as the study group in our hospital.The blood samples of the study group were divided into three parts, which were respectively centrifuged for 5min, 10min and 15min under the same conditions.30 healthy persons were selected as the control group.The four items, namely, blood coagulation indexes, the level of B-type natriuretic peptide precursor, the level of D-dimer and the level of high-sensitivity C reactive protein of both groups were then observed.Findings No significant difference was found between the blood samples of different centrifugal time in the PT, APTT and TT(P>0.05).The blood samples of centrifugal 10min were significantly higher than the blood sample of centrifugal 5, 15min in the levels of FIB and D-dimer content ( P<0.05).However, there was no significant difference between the blood samples of different centrifugal time in the levels of NT-proBNP and hs-CRP(P>0.05).The study group was significantly higher than the control group in the plasma levels of NT-proBNP, FIB, D-dimer and hs-CRP.There was significant difference between before and after intervention ( P <0.05).Conclusion Centrifugal time has significantly influence on the detecting results of FIB and D-dimmer, and has important effect on the accuracy of test results.
