目的：探讨社区综合防治团队模式对糖尿病患者血糖控制、用药依从性和糖尿病知识认知程度的影响。方法将180例糖尿病患者随机分为两组，对照组90例实施常规健康教育，观察组90例实施社区综合防治团队模式的健康教育，12个月后比较两组患者的血糖控制效果、用药依从性和知识知晓率。结果健康教育后，观察组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、三酰甘油、总胆固醇水平均低于对照组（P＜0．05）；观察组用药依从性显著高于对照组（P＜0．05）；观察组糖尿病知识认知程度评分显著高于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论综合防治团队模式有效提高社区糖尿病患者用药依从性和糖尿病知识认知程度，改善血糖控制效果。
목적：탐토사구종합방치단대모식대당뇨병환자혈당공제、용약의종성화당뇨병지식인지정도적영향。방법장180례당뇨병환자수궤분위량조，대조조90례실시상규건강교육，관찰조90례실시사구종합방치단대모식적건강교육，12개월후비교량조환자적혈당공제효과、용약의종성화지식지효솔。결과건강교육후，관찰조공복혈당、찬후2h혈당、당화혈홍단백、삼선감유、총담고순수평균저우대조조（P＜0．05）；관찰조용약의종성현저고우대조조（P＜0．05）；관찰조당뇨병지식인지정도평분현저고우대조조（P＜0．05）。결론종합방치단대모식유효제고사구당뇨병환자용약의종성화당뇨병지식인지정도，개선혈당공제효과。
Objective To examine the effect 'community comprehensive prevention team mode'on blood glucose control, medication compliance and knowledge of the diabetes mellitus of the patients with diabetes mellitus.Method 180 patients were randomly divided into two groups.90 cases in the control group were given conventional health education, and the other 90 cases in the experimental group were given'community comprehensive prevention team mode'health education.12 months after the education, the blood glucose control, medication compliance and knowledge of the disease of both groups were then compared.Findings After the health education, the experimental group's levels of FPG, 2hPG, HbAlc, TG and TC were lower than those of the control group ( P <0.05 ).The experimental group's medication compliance was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The experimental group's knowledge of the disease was also significantly better than that of the control group ( P <0.05 ) .Conclusion 'Comprehensive prevention team mode'can effectively improve the medication compliance of the diabetic patients and their knowledge of the disease, and thus enhance the effect of blood sugar control.
