目的：探讨介入治疗局部晚期宫颈癌患者的治疗效果。方法以94例局部晚期宫颈癌患者作为研究对象（对照组47例和观察组47例），对照组采用化疗方案进行治疗，而观察组采用介入方案进行治疗，比较两组的治疗效果及不良反应的发生率。结果对照组总有效率为46．84％，显著低于观察组（61．70％），差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；观察组化疗不良反应发生率较对照组显著下降，差异具有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论对局部晚期宫颈癌患者，采用介入方案进行治疗，不仅能够提供患者的生存率和生活质量，而且能够减少化疗药物的副反应，值得推广和应用。
목적：탐토개입치료국부만기궁경암환자적치료효과。방법이94례국부만기궁경암환자작위연구대상（대조조47례화관찰조47례），대조조채용화료방안진행치료，이관찰조채용개입방안진행치료，비교량조적치료효과급불량반응적발생솔。결과대조조총유효솔위46．84％，현저저우관찰조（61．70％），차이구유통계학의의（P＜0．05）；관찰조화료불량반응발생솔교대조조현저하강，차이구유통계학의의（ P＜0．05）。결론대국부만기궁경암환자，채용개입방안진행치료，불부능구제공환자적생존솔화생활질량，이차능구감소화료약물적부반응，치득추엄화응용。
Objective To improve the efficacy of interventional treatment for locally advanced cervical cancer.Methods 94 cases of locally advanced cervical cancer patients were divided into 2 groups,each with 47 groups.The control group were trea-ted with chemotherapy,and the observation group were treated with interventional treatment,the efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared.Results The total effective rate in the control group was 46.84%,which was significantly lower that of the observation group (61.70%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);side effects of chemotherapy in the observation group was significantly lower that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05) .Conclu-sion Interventional treatment for locally advanced cervical cancer can improve survival rate and quality of life of patients,and it can reduce the side effects of chemotherapy,it is worthy of promotion and application.
