利用有限普通元素集合概念与P‐集合的结构，给出P‐集合基数亏‐余特征，提出基数亏‐余定理，基数离散区间定理与属性基数余‐亏准则，给出这些理论结果的应用。
利用有限普通元素集閤概唸與P‐集閤的結構，給齣P‐集閤基數虧‐餘特徵，提齣基數虧‐餘定理，基數離散區間定理與屬性基數餘‐虧準則，給齣這些理論結果的應用。
이용유한보통원소집합개념여P‐집합적결구，급출P‐집합기수우‐여특정，제출기수우‐여정리，기수리산구간정리여속성기수여‐우준칙，급출저사이론결과적응용。
Using the concepts of finite general element set and the structures of packet set ,the defi‐cient‐surplus features of cardinal number about packet set are given .Then the deficient‐surplus theo‐rem ,the discrete interval theorem of cardinal number and the surplus‐deficient rule of cardinal number about attribute are proposed .Finally an application of these theoretical results is given .
