摆纪磷石膏渣场实施回采、再选工艺,既充分利用了磷石膏资源,实现经济效益的最大化,同时也解决了再生产面临渣场库容不足的难题,为摆纪磷石膏渣场的运行探索出了新途径。为解决磷石膏回采过程中坝体的安全性问题,对摆纪磷石膏渣场回采边坡进行了渗流计算,并利用计算结果对其稳定性进行了计算分析。结果表明,该磷石膏渣场现状边坡在正常运行的工况下是安全的,初期回采和后期回采方案中确定回采开挖深度的磷石膏堆体边坡不会发生渗透变形破坏,安全稳定系数满足规范要求。进一步验证了摆纪磷石膏渣场回采技术的可行性,为工程实施提供了依据。
襬紀燐石膏渣場實施迴採、再選工藝,既充分利用瞭燐石膏資源,實現經濟效益的最大化,同時也解決瞭再生產麵臨渣場庫容不足的難題,為襬紀燐石膏渣場的運行探索齣瞭新途徑。為解決燐石膏迴採過程中壩體的安全性問題,對襬紀燐石膏渣場迴採邊坡進行瞭滲流計算,併利用計算結果對其穩定性進行瞭計算分析。結果錶明,該燐石膏渣場現狀邊坡在正常運行的工況下是安全的,初期迴採和後期迴採方案中確定迴採開挖深度的燐石膏堆體邊坡不會髮生滲透變形破壞,安全穩定繫數滿足規範要求。進一步驗證瞭襬紀燐石膏渣場迴採技術的可行性,為工程實施提供瞭依據。

Baiji phosphogypsum slag field implements stoping mining technique and reconcentration process of phospho -gypsum ,which can not only make full use of phosphogypsum resources and maximize the economic benefits ,but also solve the shortage problem of residue field capacity .These measures presented a new way for the operation of Baiji phos -phogypsum slag field .To solve the safety problem of the field slope during mining ,the seepage calculation was carried out and then applied to the calculation of the slope stability .The results indicate that the slag field is safe under normal operating conditions ,the seepage deformation damage will not occur at the slope of the phosphogypsum pile if the excava -tion depth defined in the early and late stoping mining scheme were followed strictly ,and the safety coefficients meet the requirements of the code .This study proves the feasibility of stoping mining at Baiji phosphogysum slag field ,and pro-vides a theoretical basis for the implementation of the project .
