上颈椎手术往往因其复杂的解剖结构以及众多的变异使得手术难度及风险加大,而且这些手术要求医生对上颈椎的手术操作相当熟悉。而近年来骨科导航兴起,使手术的定位及操作更加准确,手术风险大大降低。本文总结了导航技术在上颈椎领域的研究进展、成果以及对未来的展望。

Because of complex anatomical structures and variation, upper cervical spine surgery seems to be so difficult and risky for doctors, which requires the doctors to be quite familiar with upper cervical operation. In the recent years, the development of orthopedic navigation greatly improves the accuracy of the surgery and reduces the risk of surgery. This paper summarizes the research progress, the achievements in the field of navigation technology in upper cervical spine, as well as the vision of the future.
