目的:本论文制备了一种可负载、缓释疏水的三氯生且可长时间保持其生物活性的水凝胶材料。方法:利用两亲性Pluronic F-88的疏水作用负载三氯生,再利用α-环糊精与F-88的相互作用形成水凝胶。表征水凝胶的物理性质,并考察三氯生的体外释放行为和生物活性。结果:该水凝胶对三氯生有良好的负载和缓释效果,且可长时间保持三氯生的生物活性。结论:该凝胶材料有良好的剪切变稀的性质和触变性能,可作为可注射药物载体和凝胶敷料进行应用。

Objective: A hydrogel which could load and sustainedly release hydrophobic triclosan has been prepared.Methods: Amphiphilic Pluronic F-88 is used to load triclosan due to their hydrophobic interactions. Then, the triclosan-loaded F-88 miceles interact withα-cyclodextrin to form the hydrogel. The physical properties of the obtained hydrogel are characterized, and the in vitro release and bioactivity of triclosan are also studied.Results: The obtained hydrogel could load and controled release triclosan, also contained the bioactivity of triclosan for a long time.Conclusion: The hydrogel shows the shear-thinning and thixotropic propertoes, which could be used as injectable drug carrier of gel dressing.
