随着十八届四中全会的顺利召开，落实依法治国的基本方略，建设社会主义法治国家的步伐不断加快。新形势下高校大学生的人身伤害事故日趋严重，而扭曲的私立救助更是起到了推波助澜的作用。依法治校有利于把学校各项事业和各项工作纳入法制轨道，实行有法可依、有法必依、执法必严、违法必究，维护学校公平正义，实现学校和学生生活制度化、法制化。本文从学生工作实践角度，通过遵循社会救济、设立高校安全管理委员会和学生伤害事件维权委员会来促进高校大学生人身伤害的有力解决。

With the holding of Fourth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee,the implementation of the policies for country-running by law goes comprehensively and the progress of building socialism country ruled by law goes fast.Under the new situation,student personal injury accidents become serious day by day,and distorted private remedy certainly fuels them.So college-running by law is beneficial for college to put all the affairs on the road of legalization.Thus see to it that there are laws to go by,the laws are observed and strictly enforced,and law-breakers are prosecuted.Then it is more possible for colleges to maintain justice and institutionalize and legalized university life.Considering the experiences from work of man-agement and practice of students,this paper provides some solutions to college student personal injury accidents,such as adap-ting to social relief,establishing college safety administration committee and setting up committee for protecting rights of students in personal injury accidents.
