目前，铸造行业培训在培训覆盖面和层次的多级性上与行业的要求尚有较大差距；分析表明铸造行业（职业）培训与学历教育具有一致性和互补性；基于行业培训与学历教育在内容上的一致性，在设计铸造专业“学分银行”认证单元时兼顾行业培训与学历教育，采取适当有效措施，通过学分认证单元设计和专业规则的制订使职业培训与学历教育在更多的学分互换上成为可能。
目前，鑄造行業培訓在培訓覆蓋麵和層次的多級性上與行業的要求尚有較大差距；分析錶明鑄造行業（職業）培訓與學歷教育具有一緻性和互補性；基于行業培訓與學歷教育在內容上的一緻性，在設計鑄造專業“學分銀行”認證單元時兼顧行業培訓與學歷教育，採取適噹有效措施，通過學分認證單元設計和專業規則的製訂使職業培訓與學歷教育在更多的學分互換上成為可能。
목전，주조행업배훈재배훈복개면화층차적다급성상여행업적요구상유교대차거；분석표명주조행업（직업）배훈여학력교육구유일치성화호보성；기우행업배훈여학력교육재내용상적일치성，재설계주조전업“학분은행”인증단원시겸고행업배훈여학력교육，채취괄당유효조시，통과학분인증단원설계화전업규칙적제정사직업배훈여학력교육재경다적학분호환상성위가능。
There is still a wide gap between the foundry industry training and requirements of the field in coverage and multi-level. Analysis shows that there exists consistency and complementarity in the foundry industry (vocational) training and academic education. So it is necessary to take both of them into consideration in designing ‘school credit bank’ for foundry major on account of the consistency of them in contents. Appropriate and effective measures should be taken to make it possible transferring more credits between academic education and vocational training through the credit authentication unit designing and specialty regulations making.
