放射性核素涎腺显像常用于口干燥症患者涎腺功能评价。显像结果阳性作为干燥综合征及口干燥症诊断的客观依据之一。放射性核素涎腺显像可在非刺激生理状态下进行，也可结合酸刺激负荷下进行。不同的研究者采用的放射性核素涎腺显像在方法与细节上各有差异。该文对显像技术与方法进行综述。

Rheumatologist physician usually use salivary gland scintigraphy (SGS) to assess salivary gland function of patients with xerostomia. The positive results of SGS are one of objective diagnosis basis to Sj?gren's syndrome and xerostomia. SGS administer under acid stimulate stress condition or without acid stimulate. Different researchers employ different methods and different execution details. In this paper we reviewed the imaging technology and method.
