Bi2 O3 nanosheets%one-step aqueous process%photocatalytic activity
以 Bi(NO3)3·5H2 O 为原料,NaOH 为沉淀剂,丙三醇为控制剂,采用水相一步沉淀法在90℃的温度下制备了厚度约为5 nm 的 Bi2 O3纳米片。利用 X 射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、紫外可见(UV-vis)漫反射(DRS)吸收光谱、紫外可见分光光度计对样品的结构形貌和光催化性能进行了表征和分析。结果表明,所得产物为单斜结构的纳米片,且具有较好的可见光催化性能。

Bi2 O3 nanosheets were synthesized by precipitating bismuth nitrate with sodium hydroxide under one-step aqueous process at 90 ℃ in the presence of glycerol.The thickness of Bi2 O3 nanosheets was about 5 nm.The crystal structure,morphology and photocatalytic activity of the product were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD),scanning electron microscope (SEM),UV-visible diffuse reflectance spectrum (UV-vis DRS)and UV-vis spectrophotometer.The results indicated that the product was nanosheets with monoclinic structure and had better performance on visible light photocatalysis.
