目的:探讨糖尿病并脑梗死患者血尿酸(UA)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平与颈动脉粥样硬化斑块稳定性的关系。方法对106例糖尿病并颈内动脉系统脑梗死的患者测定血CRP及UA水平,并进行颈动脉超声检查。结果颈动脉粥样硬化斑块检出率85.8%(91/106);不稳定斑块检出率47.2%(50/106),稳定斑块检出率38.7%(41/106);不稳定斑块组的UA、CRP水平均高于稳定斑块组和无斑块组,稳定斑块组UA水平高于无斑块组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.001);糖尿病并脑梗死患者颈动脉粥样斑块形成与血UA和CRP水平正相关(r=0.547,P=0.019;r=0.285,P=0.007)。结论血UA及CRP水平与颈动脉粥样硬化斑块稳定性相关,可反映颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的稳定性。

목적:탐토당뇨병병뇌경사환자혈뇨산(UA)、C반응단백(CRP)수평여경동맥죽양경화반괴은정성적관계。방법대106례당뇨병병경내동맥계통뇌경사적환자측정혈CRP급UA수평,병진행경동맥초성검사。결과경동맥죽양경화반괴검출솔85.8%(91/106);불은정반괴검출솔47.2%(50/106),은정반괴검출솔38.7%(41/106);불은정반괴조적UA、CRP수평균고우은정반괴조화무반괴조,은정반괴조UA수평고우무반괴조,차이유통계학의의(P균<0.001);당뇨병병뇌경사환자경동맥죽양반괴형성여혈UA화CRP수평정상관(r=0.547,P=0.019;r=0.285,P=0.007)。결론혈UA급CRP수평여경동맥죽양경화반괴은정성상관,가반영경동맥죽양경화반괴적은정성。
Objective To discuss the relations between the blood uric acid (UA) levels and C-reactive protein (CRP) and stability of carotid atherosclerosis plaques in diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction patients. Methods 106 cases with diabetes and cerebral infarction located in internal carotid artery system was diagnosed using ultrasonography of the stability of atherosclerosis plaques in the carotid arteries and blood CRP and UA levels were detected.Results The detection rate of carotid plaque was 85.8%, and the detection rate of unstable carotid plaque was 47.2%. In the unstable plaque group blood UA and CRP levels was higher than those in the stable plaque and non-plaque groups (P<0.05), and in the stable plaque group UA level was higher than those in the non-plaque group (P<0.05). Blood UA and CRP level was positively correlated with stability of carotid atherosclerosis plaques in diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction patients (r=0.547,P=0.019;r=0.285, P=0.007).Conclusion The stability of carotid atherosclerotic plaque may be associated with blood CRP and UA levels.
