Based on the cognitive dissonance theory,the teachers of higher vocational education control properly the psychologi-cal cognitive process and law of the vocational college students to adjust the teaching mode,teaching method and teaching ob-jectives in order to adapt to the transformation of the State Council on the teaching of higher vocational education.
