在水温(22.0±0.3)℃条件下,对红鳍东方鲀[体质量(181.88±14.95)g]进行离水操作(离水模拟挑鱼动作3 min ,放入水中2 min ,再离水操作3 min)。操作后0、4、8、12、18、24、36、48、72、96、120、168 h取样,测定血清指标,评价离水操作对红鳍东方鲀的影响。试验结果表明,转氨酶(谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶)在离水操作后升高,谷丙转氨酶在72 h后恢复正常,谷草转氨酶在8 h后恢复至对照水平;抗氧化酶(总超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶、总抗氧化酶)均呈现先升后降趋势,总超氧化物歧化酶在12 h后恢复至对照水平;过氧化氢酶在18 h达到最大,48 h恢复正常,总抗氧化酶在8~24 h时显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。丙二醛含量持续高于对照组;肌酐和尿素氮含量在离水操作后升高;碱性磷酸酶在8 h时显著低于对照组(P<0.05),之后恢复至对照水平。总蛋白含量胁迫组与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05)。各项指标显示红鳍东方鲀的肝脏和肾脏可能受到了损伤,鱼体内的平衡机制被打破,代谢出现紊乱。在胁迫后72 h鱼体恢复正常。

재수온(22.0±0.3)℃조건하,대홍기동방돈[체질량(181.88±14.95)g]진행리수조작(리수모의도어동작3 min ,방입수중2 min ,재리수조작3 min)。조작후0、4、8、12、18、24、36、48、72、96、120、168 h취양,측정혈청지표,평개리수조작대홍기동방돈적영향。시험결과표명,전안매(곡병전안매、곡초전안매)재리수조작후승고,곡병전안매재72 h후회복정상,곡초전안매재8 h후회복지대조수평;항양화매(총초양화물기화매、과양화경매、총항양화매)균정현선승후강추세,총초양화물기화매재12 h후회복지대조수평;과양화경매재18 h체도최대,48 h회복정상,총항양화매재8~24 h시현저고우대조조(P<0.05)。병이철함량지속고우대조조;기항화뇨소담함량재리수조작후승고;감성린산매재8 h시현저저우대조조(P<0.05),지후회복지대조수평。총단백함량협박조여대조조차이불현저(P>0.05)。각항지표현시홍기동방돈적간장화신장가능수도료손상,어체내적평형궤제피타파,대사출현문란。재협박후72 h어체회복정상。
The serum indices were determined 0 ,4 ,8 ,12 ,18 ,24 ,36 ,48 ,72 ,96 ,120 ,and 168 h after handling out of water in tiger puffer Taki f ugu rubripes with body weight of (181 .88 ± 14 .95) g handled out of water (out of water for 3 min ,in water for 2 min ,and then out of water for 3 min ) at water temperature of (22 .0 ± 0 .3) ℃ .The results showed that activities of glutamate‐pyruvate transaminase (GPT) and glutamate‐oxaloacetate transaminase (GOT) were found to be increased after handling ,GPT and GOT being recovery to the control level 72 h and 8 h later ,respectively .The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) were increased first and then decreased gradually ,being recovery to the control level 12 h later .The maximal CAT activity was observed 18 h after handling ,and returned to the control level after 48 h ,significantly higher than that in the control group from 8 h to 24 h later (P<0 .05) .There was higher content of malonaldehyde (MDA) in the fish in the treatment group than in the control group during the test .The levels of creatinine (Cr) and urea nitrogen (BUN) were found to be increased after handling ,and then returned to the control level . The activity of alkaline phosphatase (AKP) was found to be significantly lower than that in the control group after handling (P<0 .05) ,AKP being recovery to the control level .There was no significant difference in content of total protein (TP) between the handling group and the control group( P>0 .05) .The findings indicate that the handling out of water might damage liver and kidney due to unbalancing and disorder .The handled fish will returned to the normal level 72 h after handling .
