研究粘合树脂BHK-1360在工程机械轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明:添加粘合树脂BHK-1360的未硫化胶门尼粘度减小,加工性能改善,自粘性明显提高;硫化胶撕裂强度明显提高,耐磨性能和耐热老化性能较好;成品轮胎胎面胶物理性能较好,耐磨性能和粘合性能明显提高。
研究粘閤樹脂BHK-1360在工程機械輪胎胎麵膠中的應用。結果錶明:添加粘閤樹脂BHK-1360的未硫化膠門尼粘度減小,加工性能改善,自粘性明顯提高;硫化膠撕裂彊度明顯提高,耐磨性能和耐熱老化性能較好;成品輪胎胎麵膠物理性能較好,耐磨性能和粘閤性能明顯提高。

Adhesive resin BHK-1360 was applied in the tread compound of OTR tire and its inlfuence on the properties of the compound was investigated. It was found that the Mooney viscosity of the compound decreased, the processing property was improved, the tackiness increased, the tear strength of the vulcanizates was signiifcantly improved, and the abrasion resistance and heat ageing resistance were good. The physical properties of the tread compound with BHK-1360 were good, and the abrasion resistance and adhesion property were improved.
