依据政策产出的结果，发现成都市健康绿道建设取得了良好的政策效果。但健康绿道在发挥体育公共服务功能上还存在：交通便利程度不高、供给不足、缺乏体育公共服务配套设施和公共服务公益性不足等问题。并提出了相应措施以优化其体育公共服务政策效果。
의거정책산출적결과，발현성도시건강록도건설취득료량호적정책효과。단건강록도재발휘체육공공복무공능상환존재：교통편리정도불고、공급불족、결핍체육공공복무배투설시화공공복무공익성불족등문제。병제출료상응조시이우화기체육공공복무정책효과。
According to the policy of output results,found the Chengdu health greenway construction has obtained the good policy effect.But healthy greenway on playing sports public service function still exist some problems such as ,the inconvenienttransportation,insufficient supply,lack of sports facilities of public service and public service,and put forward the corresponding measures to optimize the effect of sports public service policy.
