目的：探讨个案管理模式在乳腺癌患者护理中的应用价值。方法：将2010年5月～2011年4月在我院病理确诊的65例乳腺癌患者作为对照组，将2011年5月～2012年4月病理确诊的65例患者作为观察组，对照组给予常规护理措施，观察组则在常规护理措施基础上给予个案管理，比较分析两组患者的满意度、治疗依从性以及失访率。结果：观察组在满意度、治疗依从性和失访率方面明显优于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论：个案管理模式可以有效地提高护理质量和患者的生活质量，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토개안관리모식재유선암환자호리중적응용개치。방법：장2010년5월～2011년4월재아원병리학진적65례유선암환자작위대조조，장2011년5월～2012년4월병리학진적65례환자작위관찰조，대조조급여상규호리조시，관찰조칙재상규호리조시기출상급여개안관리，비교분석량조환자적만의도、치료의종성이급실방솔。결과：관찰조재만의도、치료의종성화실방솔방면명현우우대조조（P ＜0.05）。결론：개안관리모식가이유효지제고호리질량화환자적생활질량，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective:To investigate the application value of case management model in nursing care of breast cancer patients. Methods:65 patients diagnosed of breast cancer by pathology(May 2010 to April 2011)were taken as the control group and other 65 breast cancer patients diagnosed by pathology(May 2011 to April 2012)were taken as the observation group. The patients in the control group were giv-en routine nursing care and the patients in the observation group were additionally provided case management,the satisfaction rate and treatment compliance of the patients and the rate of loss to follow - up were compared between the two groups. Results:The satisfaction rate and treatment compliance of the patients were significantly higher and better and the rate of loss to follow - up was significantly lower in the observation group than the control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:Application of the case management model can effectively improve the quality of nursing care and the quality of life of the patients as well.
