目的：探讨贲门癌患者双介入治疗期间癌因性疲乏的可控性护理干预效果。方法：将60例晚期贲门癌双介入治疗患者，随机分为观察组和对照组各30例，对照组给予常规护理措施，观察组除接受常规护理外，再进行癌因性疲乏相关的可控性护理干预措施。使用癌症患者生活质量测定表、简易疲乏量表，分别在干预前、干预4周后，对两组患者进行癌因性疲乏和生活质量的评估。结果：干预前两组患者疲乏程度比较，差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）；干预后两组患者生活质量比较，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；干预后两组患者疲乏程度比较，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：通过对贲门癌双介入患者进行可控性干预，包括心理支持、适当活动锻炼和对症护理等措施，可缓解或消除癌因性疲乏，提高患者的生活质量。
목적：탐토분문암환자쌍개입치료기간암인성피핍적가공성호리간예효과。방법：장60례만기분문암쌍개입치료환자，수궤분위관찰조화대조조각30례，대조조급여상규호리조시，관찰조제접수상규호리외，재진행암인성피핍상관적가공성호리간예조시。사용암증환자생활질량측정표、간역피핍량표，분별재간예전、간예4주후，대량조환자진행암인성피핍화생활질량적평고。결과：간예전량조환자피핍정도비교，차이무통계학의의（P ＞0.05）；간예후량조환자생활질량비교，차이유통계학의의（P ＜0.05）；간예후량조환자피핍정도비교，차이유통계학의의（P ＜0.05）。결론：통과대분문암쌍개입환자진행가공성간예，포괄심리지지、괄당활동단련화대증호리등조시，가완해혹소제암인성피핍，제고환자적생활질량。
Objective:To study the effect of controllable nursing intervention on cancer - related fatigue in the treatment of patients with cancer of gastric cardia by double interventional therapies. Methods:60 patients with advanced cancer of gastric cardia treated with double interventional therapies were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(30 cases in each group). The conventional nursing measures were taken in the control group and the controllable nursing intervention was additionally conducted in the observation group,then the scale for quality of life and for cancer - related fatigue of the patients was used to assess the cancer - related fatigue and quality of life of the patients in both groups before the intervention and after the intervention for 4 weeks. Results:The difference in the comparison of the degree of fatigue of the patients was not statistically significant between the two groups(P > 0. 05);the difference in the comparison of the quality of life of the patients was statistically significant between the two groups after the intervention(P < 0. 05);the comparison of the degree of fatigue of the patients was significantly different between the two groups after the intervention(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:The controllable intervention measures including psychological support,proper exercise and symptomatic nursing can alleviate or eliminate the cancer - related fatigue and improve the quality of life of the patients in the treatment of patients with cancer of gastric car-dia.
