目的::研究半枝莲不同极性部位体外抗子宫内膜癌细胞Ishikawa的活性作用。方法:采用MTT法检测半枝莲不同极性部位对子宫内膜癌细胞Ishikawa的增殖抑制作用;采用平板克隆形成实验检测活性最强部位对Ishikawa细胞克隆形成能力的影响;应用流式细胞仪检测活性最强部位对Ishikawa细胞周期分布的影响。结果:半枝莲不同极性部位对子宫内膜癌细胞Ishikawa均有不同程度的抑制作用,其中氯仿部位的抑制作用最强(IC50=146.494μg/ml)。随着供试药物浓度的升高,细胞克隆形成能力降低;半枝莲氯仿部位对Ishikawa细胞表现为S期、G2/M期阻滞作用。结论:半枝莲氯仿部位是半枝莲抗子宫内膜癌细胞Ishikawa的最主要有效部位。

목적::연구반지련불동겁성부위체외항자궁내막암세포Ishikawa적활성작용。방법:채용MTT법검측반지련불동겁성부위대자궁내막암세포Ishikawa적증식억제작용;채용평판극륭형성실험검측활성최강부위대Ishikawa세포극륭형성능력적영향;응용류식세포의검측활성최강부위대Ishikawa세포주기분포적영향。결과:반지련불동겁성부위대자궁내막암세포Ishikawa균유불동정도적억제작용,기중록방부위적억제작용최강(IC50=146.494μg/ml)。수착공시약물농도적승고,세포극륭형성능력강저;반지련록방부위대Ishikawa세포표현위S기、G2/M기조체작용。결론:반지련록방부위시반지련항자궁내막암세포Ishikawa적최주요유효부위。
Objective:To investigate the growth inhibitory effect of the different polarity extracts of Scutellariae Barbatae on the human endometrial cancer cell line Ishikawa. Methods:Inhibition of cell proliferation was measured by MTT assay. Plate clone experiment was used to detect the clone forming ability of Ishikawa cells after treatment with the tested medicine. Flow cytometry was used to measure the cell cycle distributions of Ishikawa cells. Result:The differ-ent polarity extracts inhibited the proliferation of Ishikawa cells. The IC50 value of the most ac-tive extract was 146. 494μg/ml. Clone forming ability of cells decreased as medicine concentra-tion increased. The most active extract induced S-phase and G2/M-phase arrest. Conclusions:The chloroform extract of Scutellariae Barbatae had strongest inhibitory effect on Ishikawa cells.
