目的：探讨护理干预在减轻骨折患者术后疼痛及提高护理满意度中的临床疗效。方法：选取同期57例行手术治疗的骨折患者，按照随机数字法将患者分为对照组23例和观察组34例，对照组患者给予常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上给予护理干预，比较两组术后疼痛分级及护理满意度。结果：观察组术后无痛率32.4％，明显高于对照组的8.7％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（χ2＝4.36，P ＜0.05）；观察组护理满意度94.1%，明显高于对照组的65.2%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（χ2＝7.921，P ＜0.05）。结论：有效的护理干预能够明显减轻骨折患者术后疼痛程度，并且能显著提高护理服务质量和护理服务水平。
목적：탐토호리간예재감경골절환자술후동통급제고호리만의도중적림상료효。방법：선취동기57례행수술치료적골절환자，안조수궤수자법장환자분위대조조23례화관찰조34례，대조조환자급여상규호리，관찰조재대조조기출상급여호리간예，비교량조술후동통분급급호리만의도。결과：관찰조술후무통솔32.4％，명현고우대조조적8.7％，량조비교차이유통계학의의（χ2＝4.36，P ＜0.05）；관찰조호리만의도94.1%，명현고우대조조적65.2%，량조비교차이유통계학의의（χ2＝7.921，P ＜0.05）。결론：유효적호리간예능구명현감경골절환자술후동통정도，병차능현저제고호리복무질량화호리복무수평。
Objective:To investigate the effect of nursing intervention in relieving postoperative pain of patients with fracture and impro-ving the satisfaction of nursing care. Methods:57 fracture patients undergoing operation treatment were randomly divided into the control group(n = 23)and the observation group(n = 34). The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care and the patients in the observation group were provided extra nursing intervention,the scores of postoperative pain of the patients and satisfaction of nursing care were compared between the two groups.
