研究一步法混炼工艺密炼机排胶温度对全钢载重子午线轮胎胎面胶性能的影响。结果表明,随着排胶温度(在145~165℃范围内)升高,胶料的硬度、100%定伸应力、300%定伸应力和拉伸强度略有波动,300%定伸应力/100%定伸应力比值呈上升趋势;密炼机排胶温度对胶料的弹性模量和损耗因子影响较大,排胶温度为165℃时胶料的生热和滚动阻力低。
研究一步法混煉工藝密煉機排膠溫度對全鋼載重子午線輪胎胎麵膠性能的影響。結果錶明,隨著排膠溫度(在145~165℃範圍內)升高,膠料的硬度、100%定伸應力、300%定伸應力和拉伸彊度略有波動,300%定伸應力/100%定伸應力比值呈上升趨勢;密煉機排膠溫度對膠料的彈性模量和損耗因子影響較大,排膠溫度為165℃時膠料的生熱和滾動阻力低。

The inlfuence of discharge temperature of single-step mixing process on the properties of the tread compound of TBR tire was studied. In the discharge temperature range of 145~165℃ , when the temperature increased, the hardness, modulus at 100%elongation, modulus at 300%elongation and tensile strength of the tread compound changed a little, the ratio of modulus at 300%elongation and modulus at 100%elongation increased, and the elastic modulus and loss factor were more affected. When the discharge temperature was selected at 165℃, the heat build-up of the compound was low and the rolling resistance of the tire was low.
