目的：：探讨B超与X线下联合引导的经皮肾穿刺取石术治疗上尿路结石的效果。方法：收集我科2006年至2014年5月接受B超与X线联合引导下PCNL术治疗上尿路结石患者97例。观察穿刺成功率、建立经皮肾通道时间、并发症等。结果：97例患者穿刺成功率100%,其中双侧肾穿刺21例,单侧双通道19例。建立经皮肾通道时间15~65 min,平均30 min。无一例发生大出血、穿孔和脏器损伤等严重并发症。结论：B超结合X线联合引导下PCNL术治疗上尿路结石具有通道建立成功率高,结石清除率高,并发症少等优势。
목적：：탐토B초여X선하연합인도적경피신천자취석술치료상뇨로결석적효과。방법：수집아과2006년지2014년5월접수B초여X선연합인도하PCNL술치료상뇨로결석환자97례。관찰천자성공솔、건립경피신통도시간、병발증등。결과：97례환자천자성공솔100%,기중쌍측신천자21례,단측쌍통도19례。건립경피신통도시간15~65 min,평균30 min。무일례발생대출혈、천공화장기손상등엄중병발증。결론：B초결합X선연합인도하PCNL술치료상뇨로결석구유통도건립성공솔고,결석청제솔고,병발증소등우세。
