目的:采用二阶段交叉试验分析ε‐聚赖氨酸与灭菌注射用水的湿化效果。方法选择我院神经内科94例长期氧疗患者行分组研究。按患者入院顺序将其编号,再按随机数字表法将其分为A组(n=47)及B组(n=47)。A组第一阶段湿化液为灭菌注射用水,第二阶段湿化液为ε‐聚赖氨酸;B组第一阶段湿化液为ε‐聚赖氨酸,第二阶段湿化液为灭菌注射用水。对比两组采样菌落数、合格率及氧疗舒适度。结果通过二阶段交叉试验发现:A组及B组在应用ε‐聚赖氨酸作为湿化液期间菌落数更少( P<0.01)。湿化液灭菌注射用水的合格率为82.98%,明显低于ε‐聚赖氨酸的合格率100.00%( P<0.01)。与灭菌注射用水相比,应用ε‐聚赖氨酸作为湿化液具有更温暖、更湿润、舒适度更高、异味及噪声更少等优点(P<0.01)。结论应用ε‐聚赖氨酸作为氧疗湿化液可有效减少湿化液污染,增进患者氧疗舒适度,值得临床推广应用。

목적:채용이계단교차시험분석ε‐취뢰안산여멸균주사용수적습화효과。방법선택아원신경내과94례장기양료환자행분조연구。안환자입원순서장기편호,재안수궤수자표법장기분위A조(n=47)급B조(n=47)。A조제일계단습화액위멸균주사용수,제이계단습화액위ε‐취뢰안산;B조제일계단습화액위ε‐취뢰안산,제이계단습화액위멸균주사용수。대비량조채양균락수、합격솔급양료서괄도。결과통과이계단교차시험발현:A조급B조재응용ε‐취뢰안산작위습화액기간균락수경소( P<0.01)。습화액멸균주사용수적합격솔위82.98%,명현저우ε‐취뢰안산적합격솔100.00%( P<0.01)。여멸균주사용수상비,응용ε‐취뢰안산작위습화액구유경온난、경습윤、서괄도경고、이미급조성경소등우점(P<0.01)。결론응용ε‐취뢰안산작위양료습화액가유효감소습화액오염,증진환자양료서괄도,치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To analyze the Humidification effect ofε‐polylysine and with sterile water for injection by two‐period crossover trial analysis .Method 94 patients with long‐term oxygen therapy in neurology department of our hospital was selected and grouped study .According to their number of patients admitted to hospital order ,then randomly divided into group A (n=47) and group B (n=47) .The wet fluid for the first stage was sterile water andε‐polylysine for the second stage for group A .The wet fluid for the first stage wasε‐polylysine ,and sterile water for the second stage for group B .The number of sample colonies ,the passing rate and oxygen comfort was measured and compared between the two groups .Result By two‐period crossover trial ,it’s found that the fewer colonies inε‐polylysine applied as the wet fluid for group A and group B (P<0 .01) .The qualified rate of wet fluid sterile water for injection was 82 .98% ,The qualified rate of ε‐polylysine was 100% ,There was significant difference between the two group(P<0 .01) .Compared with sterile water for injection ,ε‐polylysine applied as wet fluid was warmer , more humid ,greater comfort ,less odor and less noise (P<0 .01) .Conclusionε‐polylysine applied as wet fluid for oxygen therapy can effectively reduce wet fluid pollution and improve patients comfort .It’s worthy of clinical appli‐cation .
