目的：分析强化心理疏导对卵巢癌患者围手术期心理状态及应激反应的影响。方法选择于2012年8月至2014年8月间在本院接受住院治疗的卵巢癌患者76例作为研究对象，按照随机数表法分为对照组38例接受常规护理、观察组38例接受围术期强化心理疏导，比较两组患者的围术期心理状态评分、应激反应水平及应对方式评分差异。结果(1)观察组患者接受强化心理疏导后的焦虑及抑郁评分低于对照组，自尊评分高于对照组(P<0.05)；(2)术后观察组患者的血糖、肾上腺素、去甲肾上腺素、皮质醇值均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)；(3)观察组患者接受强化心理疏导后的积极应对评分值高于对照组，消极应对评分值低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论强化心理疏导可优化卵巢癌的围术期心理状态，降低术后应激水平，促进患者积极应对疾病治疗与康复。
목적：분석강화심리소도대란소암환자위수술기심리상태급응격반응적영향。방법선택우2012년8월지2014년8월간재본원접수주원치료적란소암환자76례작위연구대상，안조수궤수표법분위대조조38례접수상규호리、관찰조38례접수위술기강화심리소도，비교량조환자적위술기심리상태평분、응격반응수평급응대방식평분차이。결과(1)관찰조환자접수강화심리소도후적초필급억욱평분저우대조조，자존평분고우대조조(P<0.05)；(2)술후관찰조환자적혈당、신상선소、거갑신상선소、피질순치균명현저우대조조(P<0.05)；(3)관찰조환자접수강화심리소도후적적겁응대평분치고우대조조，소겁응대평분치저우대조조(P<0.05)。결론강화심리소도가우화란소암적위술기심리상태，강저술후응격수평，촉진환자적겁응대질병치료여강복。
Objective To analyze the effect of strengthened psychological counseling on perioperative psy-chological status and stress response in patients with ovarian cancer. Methods Seventy-six patients of ovarian cancer from August 2013 to August 2014 in our hospital were selected as research subjects. According to random number ta-ble, the patients were divided into control group (38 cases, received routine care) and observation group (38 cases, re-ceived strengthened psychological counseling). Perioperative psychological state score, stress response and coping styles were compared between the two groups. Results (1) Patients' self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, while self-esteem scale (SES) score was higher (P<0.05). (2) Patients' postoperative glucose (Glu), epinephrine (E), norepinephrine (NE), cortisol (COI) values in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). (3) Patients' positive coping (PC) score value in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and negative coping (NC) score value was lower (P<0.05). Conclusion Strengthened psychological counseling could op-timize perioperative psychological state of ovarian cancer patients, reduce postoperative stress level, and promote the positive response to disease treatment and rehabilitation.
