目的:研究益智7种提取物对大鼠水负荷多尿模型大鼠的缩尿作用,并探讨分析益智缩尿的物质基础。方法采用水负荷多尿模型大鼠,对益智7种提取物进行缩尿活性筛选,采用代谢笼测定大鼠尿量、首次排尿时间,并计算2 h排泄率;ELISA测定大鼠血清中CRH的含量。结果益智醇提物组、益智果仁醇提物组、益智大孔树脂90%洗脱物组和圆柚酮组可以明显的降低2 h大鼠尿量(P<0.05),延长大鼠首次排尿时间(P<0.05),并能降低血清CRH的含量。结论益智的缩尿活性成分主要存在于益智果仁中,以圆柚酮为代表的倍半萜类成分可能是益智缩尿的物质基础。

목적:연구익지7충제취물대대서수부하다뇨모형대서적축뇨작용,병탐토분석익지축뇨적물질기출。방법채용수부하다뇨모형대서,대익지7충제취물진행축뇨활성사선,채용대사롱측정대서뇨량、수차배뇨시간,병계산2 h배설솔;ELISA측정대서혈청중CRH적함량。결과익지순제물조、익지과인순제물조、익지대공수지90%세탈물조화원유동조가이명현적강저2 h대서뇨량(P<0.05),연장대서수차배뇨시간(P<0.05),병능강저혈청CRH적함량。결론익지적축뇨활성성분주요존재우익지과인중,이원유동위대표적배반첩류성분가능시익지축뇨적물질기출。
Objective To study the effect of 7 kinds of extract of Alpinia oxyphylla on urine reduction of water-loading diuresis model rats, and to screen the urine reduction bioactive components of Alpinia oxyphylla. Methods Using water-loading diuresis model rats, seven extracts of Alpinia oxyphylla were screened for their activi-ty of urine reduction. The metabolism cage was used to determine the urine volume and the excretion time of rats. The 2 h excretion rate was calculated. The CRH content in rat serum was also determined by ELISA. Results The etha-nol extract of A. oxyphylla, the ethanol extract of A. oxyphylla seed, the 90%ethanol elution of macroporous resin and nootkatone could significantly reduce the urine volume in 2 h (P<0.05), prolong the first excretion time (P<0.05), and decrease the contents of CRH in serum. Conclusion The urine reduction bioactive components mainly exist in A. oxyphylla seed, and the sesquiterpene compounds might be the material basis of urine reduction in A. oxyphylla.
