目的：评价自拟消银汤治疗寻常型银屑病（血热型）的临床疗效。方法80例寻常型银屑病患者随机分为治疗组（40例）和对照组（40例）。对照组口服复方甘草酸苷片20 mg，3/d、雷公藤多甙片1片，3/d，必要时给予加服阿维A胶囊（根据病情及患者体重确定用药剂量）；治疗组给予口服自拟消银汤；疗程均为6周，观察临床疗效。结果两组有效率分别为87.5%和77.5%，组间差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论自拟消银汤治疗寻常型银屑病（血热型）安全有效，值得临床推广应用。
목적：평개자의소은탕치료심상형은설병（혈열형）적림상료효。방법80례심상형은설병환자수궤분위치료조（40례）화대조조（40례）。대조조구복복방감초산감편20 mg，3/d、뢰공등다대편1편，3/d，필요시급여가복아유A효낭（근거병정급환자체중학정용약제량）；치료조급여구복자의소은탕；료정균위6주，관찰림상료효。결과량조유효솔분별위87.5%화77.5%，조간차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론자의소은탕치료심상형은설병（혈열형）안전유효，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of self-made Xiaoyin Decoction in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris (type of blood heat) . Methods 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases) . The control group took orally Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets 20 mg, 3/d, Tripterygium wilfordii tablets 20 mg, 3/d, to give added service Ac-itretin Capsules when necessary (dosage is determined according to the illness and the patient weight) ;the treatment group was given o-ral self‐made Xiaoyin Decoction. After 6 weeks treatment, the clinical efficacy of these two groups were observed and compared. Results After the treatment, the effective rate of two groups was 87.5% and 77.5%, respectively, difference of the two groups was statistically sig-nificant (P<0.05) . Conclusion It is safe and effective for the conventional self-made Xiaoyin Decoction in the treatment of psoriasis vul-garis (type of blood heat) , and is worthy of clinical application.
