器官捐献协调员是器官捐献工作开展的基础，其专业素质直接影响着器官捐献工作的服务质量和器官捐献率的提升。明确其职业意义与职业定位，分析我国器官捐献协调员的行业现状和存在的问题：人员严重不足、资质良莠不齐、职责界定不清。并提出其队伍建设的重点与方向：基于本土社会文化，通过加强培训和考核走专业化、职业化道路，同时强化器官捐献协调员的伦理规范意识，并加强对其制度监管和法律约束，以确保和推动我国的器官捐献事业健康、良性、快速地发展。

Organ donation coordinators are the foundation of organ donation work ,whose professional qualities directly affect the service qualities and the donation rates of organs .To clarify the orientation of this work ,we analyzed the present situation and problems of organ donation coordinators in China . The results showed that the problems were serious shortage of qualified personnel , uneven qualification and unclear responsibility definition . This article proposed the emphasis and direction of the team construction ,including training and assessment of organ donation coordinators ,who will be professionalized and specialized , based on the Chinese social culture . At the same time , strengthen ethical awareness ,system supervision and legal constraints of the organ donation coordinators in order to ensure and promote the robust organ donation in China .
