本文研究医生对患者及家属的认知程度对剖宫产率的影响。由主管医生根据我科自制的认知量表对患者及家属进行打分，按分数高低将其分为不信任组、基本信任组、非常信任组，再统计每名医生和总的每组剖宫产率。各位医生不信任组的剖宫产率分别为：77．6％、80．5％、71．4％、73．0％、79．2％，各位医生基本信任组的剖宫产率分别为：48．5％、54．1％、49．5％、44．0％、51．9％，各位医生非常信任组的剖宫产率分别为：17．1％、22．5％、19．8％、14．5％、13．8％，合计的不信任组、基本信任组、非常信任组的剖宫产率分别为76．3％、47．6％、17．0％。三组间医生的剖宫产率比较差异无统计学意义。每名医生的三组间剖宫产率统计学比较，差异有统计学意义，合计的三组间剖宫产率统计学比较，差异有统计学意义。医生对患者及家属的认知程度对剖宫产率的影响显著。

To investigate the influence of cognitive degree of doctor to patients and her family members on caesarean rate . Doctors in charge graded patients and her family members by our obstetric department designed cognitive degree table . Patients and their family members were divided into three groups :no‐trust group、basic trust group and high trust group by their scores .Caesarean rate were analyzed by different doctors and different groups .Caesarean rate is 77 .6% ,80 .5% , 71 .4% ,73 .0% ,79 .2% in no‐trust group .Caesarean rate is 48 .5% ,54 .1% ,49 .5% ,44 .0% ,51 .9% in basic group . Caesarean rate is 17 .1% ,22 .5% ,19 .8% ,14 .5% ,13 .8% in high group . Total caesarean rate of three groups is 76 .3% ,47 .6% ,17 .0% respectively .There were not significant difference among five doctors in each groups .There were significant difference among three groups on each doctors .There were significant difference among three groups on total doctors .The influence of cognitive degree of doctors to patients and her family members to caesarean rate is notable .
