目的：探究标准大骨瓣开颅术治疗大面积脑梗塞的临床效果。方法选取我院2012年3月～2013年3月期间收治的60例大面积脑梗塞患者，将其随机均分为观察组与对照组，观察组30例患者采取标准大骨瓣开颅术治疗，对照组30例患者采取常规大骨瓣开颅术治疗。观察比较两组患者的治疗疗效。结果观察组临床疗效显著优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论标准大骨瓣开颅术治疗大面积脑梗塞的临床效果显著，可以减少并发症、降低死亡率。
목적：탐구표준대골판개로술치료대면적뇌경새적림상효과。방법선취아원2012년3월～2013년3월기간수치적60례대면적뇌경새환자，장기수궤균분위관찰조여대조조，관찰조30례환자채취표준대골판개로술치료，대조조30례환자채취상규대골판개로술치료。관찰비교량조환자적치료료효。결과관찰조림상료효현저우우대조조（P＜0.05）。결론표준대골판개로술치료대면적뇌경새적림상효과현저，가이감소병발증、강저사망솔。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of standard large trauma craniotomy in the treatment of massive cerebral infarction. Methods Selected in our hospital in 2012 March to 2013 March period treated 60 cases of large area cerebral infarction patients, it will be randomly divided into observation group and control group, the observation group of 30 patients by standard large trauma craniotomy treatment, 30 patients in the control group take routine craniotomy with large bone lfap for the treatment of. Clinical observation on the treatment of two groups were compared. Results The clinical curative effect of observation group signiifcantly better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of standard large trauma craniotomy in the treatment of massive cerebral infarction signiifcantly, can reduce complications, reduce the mortality rate, worthy of clinical use.
