中医专业实施本科生导师制既是中医传统教育模式的传承，又是一种深化本科教育改革的新理念。本文以广州中医药大学中医实验班推行导师制为基础，提出中医专业推行本科生导师制的必要性、问题及建议，以期为设有中医专业的高校推动导师制建设。

s: Implementation of undergraduate tutorial system of TCM specialty is not only the heritage of traditional education mode but a new concept of deepening the reform for undergraduate education. Based on the undergraduate tutorial system of specialty in Guangzhou U-niversity of Chinese Medicine, the study aims to point out the importance of its implementation, raise questions and put forward suggestion in order to foster the implementation in higher education setting up TCM specialty.
