在西医院校的中医教学中,辨证论治的相关内容不易被学员理解和接受,其原因包括课时较少,基础薄弱,中西医学理论和诊疗方式的差异以及对中医辨证的认同感较差。鉴于此可适当增加病证结合的思维模式和临床内容,有利于学员理解相关内容和客观认识中医。

Teaching traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in Western medical college, it is difficult for students to comprehend syndrome differentiation and treatment, because of less class time, instability, differences of medical theory and clinical method between Chinese and Western, and less on the identity of TCM syndrome differentiation. In view of this, the thinking mode of combined disease with differ-entiation of their syndrome and clinical content can be appropriately increased. It could help students to understand the related content and objective knowledge of TCM.
