围绕中医科学性问题的论争，辨析了真理与科学概念的内涵，阐述了两者的辩证关系和现实冲突，并将中医学的发展归置于这一对概念及其关系中加以考察，指出中医学的终极追求是真理，而非当代西方科学范式及其组织形式和实现方式主导下的科学。因为科学的概念和范式是随着社会的进步而不断发展和丰富的，作为追求真理的方法和手段，科学在其实现对真理追求的过程中是无限接近而不是完全一致于客观事物及其规律本身的，并且需要实践加以证明，因而，中医学对真理的追求也应当通过实践加以检验和实现。

Centering on the debate on scientificalness of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM ) ,the paper differentiated the concepts and connotations of truth and science and elaborated their dialectical relation and conflicts in reality .With such understanding ,it analyzed the development of TCM and pointed out that the ultimate goal of TCM is truth ,instead of science under the modern paradigm ,style of organization and means of realization ,of western science .The concepts and paradigm of science are evolving along with the advance of the times .As a method to pursue truth ,science draws infinite close to ,yet not identical to the objective and the law .Therefore ,practice and verification process is necessary .In the same way ,TCM’s pursuit of truth should be tested and verified through practice .
