回顾我国高等临床药学教育发展历程，将其划分为萌芽期、起步期、多样化发展期和新生期四个阶段。分析发展历程得出，医院临床药学工作进展、高等教育制度、专家性组织的有效工作等成为关键影响因素。提出推动我国临床药学教育发展的对策：通过完善医院经济补偿机制、全面建立临床药师制等措施，推动医院临床药学工作快速发展；建立临床药学一级学科、临床药学专业学位等，拓展临床药学教育发展空间；成立临床药学教育专家性组织，对临床药学教育进行有效的整体规划和指导。

The developing course of higher clinical pharmaceutical education in China is reviewed and divided into four stages ,namely budding stage ,initial stage ,diversification stage and revitalization stage .By analyzing the course ,it is concluded that practical progress of clinical pharmacy , higher education system , and effective work of the expert organization are the key influencing factors . Strategies to promote the development of higher clinical pharmaceutical education are proposed .Firstly ,improve the economic compensation mechanism and establish a comprehensive clinical pharmacists system to promote the rapid development of clinical pharmacy in hospital .Secondly ,set up the first level discipline and professional degree in clinical pharmacy to expand the space for the development of clinical pharmaceutical education .Thirdly ,establish an expert organization to design and guide the clinical pharmaceutical education effectively .
