目的：探讨围手术期优质护理在甲状腺手术患者中的应用效果。方法选择2013年3月1日—2014年12月1日我院收治的160例甲状腺手术患者，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，对照组予以常规方法护理，观察组予以优质护理模式。结果观察组在优质护理后焦虑自评量表上明显优于对照组(P<0.05)；在疼痛评分上低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲状腺手术患者实施优质护理效果显著，能够有效改善患者焦虑不良情绪，减轻疼痛，提高生活质量，值得在临床护理中推广应用。
목적：탐토위수술기우질호리재갑상선수술환자중적응용효과。방법선택2013년3월1일—2014년12월1일아원수치적160례갑상선수술환자，안조수궤수자표법분위대조조화관찰조，대조조여이상규방법호리，관찰조여이우질호리모식。결과관찰조재우질호리후초필자평량표상명현우우대조조(P<0.05)；재동통평분상저우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론갑상선수술환자실시우질호리효과현저，능구유효개선환자초필불량정서，감경동통，제고생활질량，치득재림상호리중추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the application effect of high quality nursing in perioperative patients with thyroid surgery. Methods Between March 2013 and December 2014, 160 patients with thyroid surgery were randomly divided into two groups. Control group re-ceived conventional nursing mode, observation group received high quality nursing mode. Results After high quality nursing, the anxiety self-assessment score in the observation group is superior to the control group ( P<0.05) . The pain score is lower than that of the control group; the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusion The anxiety emotion, pain and quality of life were improved. Quality nursing in perioperative patients with thyroid surgery is worth popularization and application in clinical nursing.
