目的：探究超声引导下经皮穿刺造瘘术在肾积水治疗中的临床应用效果。方法选取2013年3月～2014年3月我院收治的60例肾积水患者，对其采取超声引导下经皮穿刺造瘘术治疗，观察分析治疗效果。结果60例患者均穿刺置管一次性成功，成功率为100%，术后随访8周，治疗有效率为93.3%，无死亡例。结论超声引导下经皮穿刺造瘘术安全、微创、重复性强，能及时解除肾梗阻，值得临床推广。
목적：탐구초성인도하경피천자조루술재신적수치료중적림상응용효과。방법선취2013년3월～2014년3월아원수치적60례신적수환자，대기채취초성인도하경피천자조루술치료，관찰분석치료효과。결과60례환자균천자치관일차성성공，성공솔위100%，술후수방8주，치료유효솔위93.3%，무사망례。결론초성인도하경피천자조루술안전、미창、중복성강，능급시해제신경조，치득림상추엄。
Objective To explore the effect of clinical application of ultrasound guided percutaneouspuncture fistulization in hydronephrosis treatment. Methods 60 cases of patients with hydronephrosis from 2013 March to 2014 March in our hospital, take the ultrasound guided percutaneous puncture ifstulization of the treatment, observe and analyze the curative effect. Results 60 patients were puncture success, the success rate was 100%, postoperative follow-up of 8 weeks, the therapeutic effective rate was 93.3%, no death cases. Conclusion Ultrasound guided percutaneous puncture fistulization is safe, minimally invasive and repeatable, can relieve renal obstruction in time, is worth the clinical promotion.
